The cacao we offer has an average of 400mg theobromine and 30mg caffeine per heart. In order to get this amount of theobromine from standard milk chocolate bars, you would have to eat 10 full bars.

Been using Cora Cacao to kick my energy drink and coffee habits. I have felt more energetic and my body feels more ready to take on the day! By itself it can be a bit bitter but I mix it with some honey or brown sugar and it easily becomes one of my favorite morning drinks.
I drop a tbsp of cacao along with some honey in hot water every morning and it has been such a great alternative from coffee.
