No alcohol, no allergens. For best results, avoid mixing with alcohol to preserve the full effects of theobromine, PEA, and anandamide. Settling is natural.

Each heart is 1oz, which is a ceremonial dose. If using cacao medicinally, we recommend taking the full heart in one sitting either by eating or melting into a drink. If using cacao as a pick me up, we recommend breaking the heart into thirds (three servings).

Cacao is packed with theobromine, which opens up the circulatory system and gives you more energy. It is also packed with tryptophan, the amino acid that makes BOTH serotonin (feel good) AND melatonin (sleep)!
The cacao we offer has an average of 400mg theobromine and 30mg caffeine per heart. In order to get this amount of theobromine from standard milk chocolate bars, you would have to eat 10 full bars.
